These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the 7-Day Cabbage Soup Meal Plan ("the planner") and your use of this website, both operated by CabbageSoups.com ("we", "us", "our").

By buying the planner or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or buy the product.

The planner is a digital product: a downloadable PDF containing a master grocery list, seven day-by-day meal pages, a cabbage soup base recipe, prep and batch-cooking guidance, meal ideas and hydration reminders.

We describe the product as accurately as we can on this website and on the checkout page. The planner is a meal-planning and organisation resource. It is not a medical device, a clinical programme, or a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.

The price of the planner is shown on the checkout page and is charged in US dollars as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details.

Delivery is digital and immediate. On completion of payment you are taken to a confirmation page with a download link, and the same link is emailed to the address you provided at checkout. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Delivery usually completes within minutes. If a technical fault prevents delivery, contact us and we will get the file to you or refund you in full.

When you buy the planner, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may print copies for your own household and keep as many personal backups as you like.

You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share or redistribute the planner or any part of it; upload it to any file-sharing, torrent or download site; republish its contents on any website, social media account or print publication; or use it as part of a commercial offering, coaching programme or paid service without our written permission.

The planner's contents — its text, layout, structure and design — remain our intellectual property. Buying it gives you the right to use it, not to own or exploit it.

We offer a 14-day refund window. If the planner isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you.

To help us process it quickly, include the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and depending on your bank it may take a few business days to appear.

Because the product is delivered instantly and in full, we may decline refunds where the licence in section 4 has clearly been abused — for example where the file has been redistributed or shared publicly.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer law that applies to you.

The planner is provided for general informational and meal-planning purposes only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and it is not a weight-loss programme.

We make no claims about weight loss, health outcomes or medical results, and nothing on this website or in the planner should be read as such a claim.

A seven-day cabbage soup plan is a traditional, restrictive short-term eating pattern. Restrictive short-term plans are not suitable for everyone. You should speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting this or any restrictive eating plan — particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, have a medical condition (including diabetes, kidney or heart conditions, or a history of an eating disorder), or are taking prescription medication.

You are responsible for your own dietary choices and any consequences of following the planner. If you feel unwell at any point, stop and seek medical attention.

Your experience of the planner will depend on factors outside our control, including your own choices and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result or effect from following the plan.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the planner — including loss of profit, loss of data, or any health, medical or dietary outcome.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the planner.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfering with its normal operation, submitting false information through our forms, or using our forms to send spam or unlawful content.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time, and we don't guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.

This website relies on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing and email delivery, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of any site we don't operate.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example to reflect a change in how the product is sold or delivered. When we do, we'll update the date shown at the top of this page.

The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published at the time you bought the planner. Changes made afterwards don't retroactively alter the licence you were granted.
