Frequently asked questions

What's in the planner, how the free preview works, and the honest answers about who the week actually suits.

About the planner

What exactly do I get for $14.99?

One 18-page PDF, delivered as an instant download. It contains a master grocery list covering all seven days, seven day-by-day meal pages, the classic cabbage soup base recipe with quantities, a day-one prep and batch-cook walkthrough, twelve quick meal ideas, and daily hydration reminders. It's a single one-time purchase — no subscription, nothing recurring.

How is this different from free recipes online?

A free recipe gives you a pot of soup. The planner gives you the week: which meals pair with the soup on which day, how much to batch-cook ahead of time, and a shopping list built so nothing goes to waste. The value is the organisation, not the recipe — that's the part people actually struggle with.

Do I need any special ingredients or equipment?

No. Every item on the list is a normal supermarket ingredient — cabbage, common vegetables, a few pantry staples and basic seasonings. One large pot is all the equipment you need. The shopping list is grouped by aisle so you can do it in a single trip.

Can I print it, or is it phone-only?

Both. The PDF is laid out to print cleanly on plain A4 or Letter paper — most people stick the daily page on the fridge. It also reads comfortably on a phone screen, so you can pull it up in the supermarket aisle.

Can I reuse the plan later?

Yes. It's yours to keep, so you can run the week again whenever you like. Save the PDF somewhere you'll find it and it's there next time.

Buying & delivery

How do I know if the plan is right for me?

The planner contains a master shopping list for all seven days, seven day-by-day meal pages, the cabbage soup base recipe, a day-one prep and batch-cook walkthrough, twelve quick meal ideas and hydration reminders. If you're still unsure, email us with your question and we'll give you a straight answer before you spend anything.

How do I get the file after I buy?

Checkout takes you straight to a confirmation page with a download button, and we email you a copy of the link as well. You can download it as many times as you need.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.

I didn't get my download. What now?

First check your spam or promotions folder — confirmation emails land there surprisingly often. If it's genuinely missing, message us through the contact page with the email address you used and we'll resend it the same day.

Refunds & suitability

What if the planner isn't for me?

If it isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Our full refund terms are set out on the Terms of Service page.

Is this a medical or weight-loss programme?

No. CabbageSoups.com is a meal-planning resource that makes a traditional seven-day plan easier to follow. We don't make weight-loss claims and we don't provide medical advice. Restrictive short-term eating plans aren't suitable for everyone, so if you're pregnant, managing a health condition such as diabetes, or taking medication, please speak with your doctor before starting.

Who is the planner most useful for?

People who have already decided to try the cabbage soup week and want it organised for them — the shopping, the portions, the order of the days. If you're looking for a long-term way of eating rather than a short reset, this probably isn't the right resource.

Will I need to cook every single day?

Not the way the planner is structured. Day one includes a batch-cook session that makes the soup base in one go, which covers most of the week. The remaining prep on later days is light — cutting fruit, assembling a salad, reheating a portion.

A note on what this page is — and isn't

CabbageSoups.com is a meal-planning resource. We're not a medical or weight-loss authority and nothing here is medical advice. Restrictive short-term plans aren't right for everyone — if you're pregnant, managing a health condition, or taking medication, please check with your doctor first.
